2005: Established an entrepreneurial team and started engine remanufacturing-related business.

2006: Established Shanghai Bestech Engine Machinery Co., Ltd., engaged in engine repair business.

2009: Established Shanghai Bestech Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on remanufacturing services in China.

2012: Acquired Denmark’s AMC-SCHOU A/S and established an equipment production base in Zhangjiagang.

2015: Established Shanghai Bestech Machinery Remanufacturing Technology Development Co., Ltd. in Shanghai Lingang, launching engine remanufacturing business. 

2018: Acquired all assets of SAIC Xingfu Rebed Powertrain Co., Ltd., continuing Volkswagen series engine remanufacturing business.

2019: Established Zhangjiagang Sigao Machinery Co., Ltd., integrating the production of remanufacturing equipment and remanufactured engines. 

Plan: The Zhangjiagang base will produce 10,000 EA888 series remanufactured engines annually, strengthening engine expertise.

Other plants will produce 1,000 remanufactured truck diesel engines annually, specializing in heavy-duty off-road diesel remanufacturing and repair.

Goal: To contribute to the development of China’s engine remanufacturing industry.
